PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing flour of five grains for a health- oriented person wanting constant use of it for food, having an excellent nutrient, without using salt, a preservative, a coloring matter, etc. at all. SOLUTION: Five grains of glutinous rice, glutinous foxtail millet, glutinous maize, wheat and adlay are washed with clear water, immersed in clear water for a fixed time, dehydrated, steamed by a steamer, mixed with green laver, pounded by a rice-cake pounder to give a cake of five grains, cut into pellets after cooling, mixed with black sesame, black soybeans, chlorophyll, an embryo bud component, dietary fiber, etc., sufficiently dried by a drier, fed to a grinder, ground into 80 mesh to 150 mesh flour, sealed in a container together with a desiccant and a deoxidizer to provide a method for producing flour of five grains constantly useful for food, preservable at a dark place at a normal temperature while maintaining excellent nutritive components. |
