PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrict the adhesion of filth and achieve a linear retainability and a resistance to compression by covering both internal and external surfaces of a coil pipe with a metal fine wire spirally wound watertight with a flexible tube to form a flexible sheath which is detachably inserted into a treatirg device insertion channel of an endoscope. SOLUTION: In hot biopsy forceps for an endoscope which has a tip treating part 200 equipped with a pair of tissue sampling cups 201 free to open or close as treating device for an endoscope and allows feeding of the cups 201 with a high frequency current, the pair of tissue sampling cups 201 is driven to open or close through a link mechanism 205 by the operation of advancing or retracting an operation wire 204 inserted through a sheath 1. To form the sheath, the internal and external surfaces of a coil pipe 11 with a stainless steel wire spirally wound closely to a specified diameter are covered watertight with flexible tubes 13 and 12. The flexible tubes herein used are made of a fluororesin, polyethylene or the like having an electrically insulating property. |
