PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a belt from transversely sliding and from being pulled out with being deviated on one side, by constituting at least a part of a roller, in a seat belt through ring equipped with the roller for guiding the belt, with material having large contact resistance with the belt. SOLUTION: A roller 3 consists of a cylindrical roller body 8, plural rubber ring members 9 provided at a given position of the roller body 8, and a rotational shaft 11. The roller 3 is made of a desired material such as metal or resin. The roller 3 has a size so that it can be placed between a supporting parts 5A and 5B of a through ring body 2 away from them. Because the ring members 9 are made of rubber, contact resistance with the belt sliding and passing here becomes larger. Thus, when an occupant pulls out the belt in the desired direction, a belt hardly transversely slides, which can prevent the belt from being pulled out with being deviated on one side. |
