PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve real time diagnosis of a tissue by using an ultrasonic contrast body which has an antibody specific to cancer, bondable specifically on a cancer tissue or significantly on the cancer tissue at a high probability as compared with a normal tissue bonded on a base material to allow drawing of the cancer tissue in a higher brightness. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic probe for the diacrisis of a tissue to carry out the diacrisis of cancer superficially existing on an organ exposed to an operation field in ventrotomy, laparoscope operation or the like, a contrast medium and physiological saline for flashing are released from holes bored near an ultrasonic converter. In the preparation of the contrast medium used herein, an antibody 12 specific to cancer having any of glycoprotein, an acceptor or an adhesive factor as antigen is put on a base material 11 with the maximum dimension thereof of 10 nm to 1μm in the form of a fine powder made of silicon dioxide, protein or a bond body or an acrylic compound or the like to be suspended in physiological saline. Thus, the base material 11 is adhered exclusively to the cancer tissue thereby enabling drawing of the cancer tissue at a higher luminance.
