A food compound in the shape of a skewer, ready without cooking, consisting of a succession of small cubic or parallelepiped cubes (1), cut out of shapes of frozen bread, with different colours due to the presence of vegetables and/or other natural ingredients, stuffed with sauces (3) and pierced one after the other onto a stick (2) out of wood or similar, with the interposition of square and/or polygonal layers (4) of cooked ham, ham, other kinds of cold cuts, cheese and/or smoked fishes, so as to show up as skewers and to be consumed as such, without the need of any cooking. |
