<p>PURPOSE:To provide a hose fitting which is constituted to reduce a cost and facilitate manufacture and form a complete rust preventing layer at a portion extending to the inner surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A hose fitting 1 comprises a fine tube art 2; a socket 3 incorporating a nipple 5 formed to one end of the fine rube part 2; and an eye pipe coupling 4 formed at the other end thereof. A primary rust preventing layer of zinc phosphate is formed on the whole surface of the hose fitting. A zinc plated layer (a secondary rust preventing layer) is formed on a so-called outer surface, except at least an inner passage 7.</p> |
