The invention relates to a coupling device for coupling a metallurgical kettle (10) to at least one supply line (38), comprising a first coupling head (24) which is connected to the supply line (38) and a second coupling head (40) which is mounted on the metallurgical kettle (10). A support base (46) is mounted on the kettle (10) opposite the second coupling head (40). A cylinder (26) supports the first coupling head (24) and together with said coupling head, forms a transportable coupling unit (22) which can be clamped on the kettle (10) between the support device and the second coupling head (40) by a piston rod (30) of the cylinder (26) being extended. The cylinder (26) is then supported on the support base (46) and the first coupling head (24) is pressed tightly on the second coupling head (40). |
