PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesive effect of an inner skirt to boots in the same process by applying an inner skirt mounting piece cloth and a raincoat for boots with a shell to the surface adhesion part of half-finished boot having the selvage of a boot wearing port part cut off, after applying or sewing a plurality of inner skirt mounting piece cloths of a predetermined blank to the inner skirt. SOLUTION: After a plurality of inner skirt mounting piece cloths 3 consisting of woven cloth, knit cloth, a synthetic resin sheet, leather, rubber or the like are applied or sewn to an inner skirt, an inner skirt mounting piece cloth 3 and a raincoat 1 for boots with a shell are applied to the surface adhesion part of a half-finished boot having the selvage of a boot wearing port part cut off. Next, a raincoat applying part 8 is applied and pressed to the surface adhesion part 7 of the boot and the surface of the raincoat is subjected to a primer process. Paste is applied to the rear surface adhesion part of a winding tape 10 and a dressing tape 11 to apply and press the winding tape 10 to the raincoat surface part and the surface of the dressing surface. As a result, the inner skirt mounting piece cloths 3 can be attached on several positions and improve the adhesive effect by being adapted to the qualities of both surfaces. |
