摘要

Nucleic acid structures, for use in gene-therapy of diseases, contain appropriate protein-coding nucleic acids. The proteins have p27 cellular protein impeding action and thus suspend the inhibition of proliferation of cells due to p27. Mutants of these show dominant contributory characteristics.
