摘要

FIELD: mass transfer processes in which components are absorbed from gases or solutions by solid porous absorber. SUBSTANCE: given mass transfer process includes absorption of component from supplied gas or solution, creation of electric field in adsorbent with the use of electrodes and removal of absorbed component from adsorbent by energy of electric field. Absorbed component is transferred through several layers of adsorbent by energy of electric field with rise of voltage and decrease of current strength in layers downstream of supplied gas or solution. In this case areas with low and high content of absorbed component are formed. Absorbed component is removed from area with high content of it and gas or solution is supplied to area with low content of it. EFFECT: reduced time for adsorbent regeneration, decreased energy consumption and improved ecological control over mass transfer process. 10 cl, 5 dwg
