The implant, comprising two condyles, a trochlea and a centromedullary pin designed to be fitted to the base of a support between the condyles, has a fore-pin (8) connecting the base and main pin. The fore-pin has positioning elements (12, 13, 21) for positioning the fore-pin and the main pin at the appropriate valgus angle in the frontal plane and in the saggital plane, ensuring a rotary joint line of contact with the femoral-patelar surface up to about 90 degrees of flexure.
