<p>The bag filling machine comprises a conveyor (2) with several belts for feeding the items to be packaged to a packaging station (4); a bag magazine (5) arranged at the packaging station (4); an air jet device with suckers and arms for opening the mouth of one of the bags carried by the magazine. A pick-up and insertion mechanism (7) has a fork-like element for picking up the items to be packaged from the conveyor (2) and for inserting them through the open mouth of the bag. A gripper element (8) removes the bag, with the item inserted, from the packaging station (4).</p> |
