The housing has a fan that is fed by at least one air inlet and is controlled by an inlet flap. A heater radiator is provided for the fluid and this is fed by the fan to supply air to at least one outlet (13-1 to 13-3). The housing has a generally tubular shape, with the fan and radiator being aligned with each other in the axis of the tube in parallel planes and perpendicular to the direction of the tube.
