<p>The under-saddle compartment (12) of variable size is contained within a structural portion (11) of the vehicle, wherein there is provided a seat (13) rotatable at one end relative to the structural portion about a hinge between a position of closure of the compartment and a rotated position in which an upper opening in the compartment is uncovered. The hinge comprises two parts (14,17), at least one of which is movable relative to the structural portion and/or to the seat against an elastic counteracting element (20). The hinge parts vary their position in terms of withdrawal from and/or approach to the structural portion so as to vary the capacity of the under-saddle compartment.</p> |
