This invention is related to the food industry, namely meal confectionery, and is used for confectionery, i.e. sugar biscuit baking. Its aim is to improve the nutrient properties of sugar biscuits, enriching them with iodine microelements; sea cabbage is additionally added to these sugar biscuits, which consist of flour, sugar, fat, melange, milk, salt, soda, ammonium salt, inverter syrup and vanilla powder.
