An adhesive with at least three components is used in the production of foil composites. The adhesive comprises a compound (I) with epoxide group(s), a compound (II) with at least three hydroxyl (OH) groups and a molecular weight less than 400 and a photoinitiator (III), which initiates polymerization of (I) and (II) when irradiated with light of wavelength 100-600 nm.
