Automatic manufacturing method for producing profiled steel for milling workpieces, especially buttons

The method involves using a grinding disc controlled by the profile of the workpiece surface to be processed, namely the surface of the button. The respective profile to be made is detected and established in the x-y-z coordinate system after which it is converted into data. The data is stored and programmed. The programmed data are retrieved via a PC-keyboard for controlling the grinding disc processing the profiled steel and correspondingly, drive motors are activated for the advance of the grinding disc to the profiled steel.
