The space frame for a wardrobe has a wall connector (1) with its connection axes extending orthogonally or at an angle to the wall surface. The connector and the support frame members (7) are received in shells (12,13) of the frame connectors (2-4). The frame connectors can be moved along and locked onto the members to vary the shape of the frame to fit the walls.
