<p>The invention concerns wind turbines comprising at least one vane. Each vane is mounted on a countershaft so as to rotate freely about it, or with it. Each countershaft is integral with a main shaft. The main shaft must be oriented transversely to the wind direction. A mechanism connects the vane and the main shaft such that, for one rotation of the vane about its countershaft, the main shaft also competes one rotation. Said mechanism is produced with mechanical means such as gears, universal joints and other joints, flexible shafts. When the main shaft is in a horizontal position, said wind turbine does not require a pylon, but a simple support. Each vane describes a trajectory located above the main axis.</p> |
