Several calibration standards are connected to terminal pairs, one after the other, in a desired order. Correction values are calculated for the calibration values thus acquired. The terminal pairs are calibrated using a calibration method for reflection measurement, and instead of the usual calibration method power measurements are made on the pairs, with transmission standards or reciprocal standards.
