One end of an inner rubber hose (7) is sealed (9) airtight before insertion in the pipeline (2) and sealing (10) of the near end. The inner hose is inflated to force an outer fabric or felt hose (6), impregnated with curable resin, against the walls of the pipe. After curing, the inner hose is deflated and removed. Also claimed is a kit for carrying out the method with inner and outer hose.
