1 A vaccine composition, containing capsular polysaccharide antigen of type b Haemophilus influenza, or high molecular weight polyribosylribitol phosphate, coupled to the tetanus toxoid and an aluminium-based adjuvant, wherein the aluminium-based adjuvant has, a zero point of charge of less than about 7.2 2. Vaccine composition of Claim 1, wherein the aluminium-based adjuvant is aluminum hydroxides, to which compounds are added, forming anions. 3. Vaccine composition of Claim 1, wherein said compounds are phosphates and citrates. 4. Vaccine composition of any preceding Claim wherein the aluminium-based adjuvant is aluminum phosphates. 5. Vaccine composition of any preceding Claim wherein the aluminium-based adjuvant is potassium and aluminum sulfates. 6. Vaccine composition of any preceding Claim wherein further containing one or more antigens representing diptheria, tetanus, whooping cough antigen or antigen of hepatitis D virus, or antigen of poliomyelitis virus. 7. Vaccine composition of Claim 1, wherein antigen compound is mixed with the aluminium-based adjuvant, having a zero point of charge of less than about 7.2. 8. Vaccine composition of Claim 7, wherein a compound, forming anions, are added to the aluminium-based adjuvant, whilst said compounds are phosphates and citates. |
