Molded articles having hard foam core and compact outer skin

Molded articles formed from a hard foam material having a compact outer skin are prepared by reaction of: (A) polyisocyanates with (B) polyols, (C) carboxylic acids, (D) tert. amines as a catalyst and optionally other catalysts, (E) optionally pigments and fillers. (B)-(E) have a water content of less than 0.2 wt.%.
