Encapsulation of microbial matter using jet and immobilizing mixture vibrated in pulsation chamber

Encapsulating microbial matter comprises, delivering microbial matter by a jet to form spherical particles by the vibration of an immobilizing mixture, which is divided into equal fractions by an overlaid external oscillation. The oscillation is transferred to the mixture within a pulsation zone, or the oscillation is imparted through the jet. The vibration effect at the mixture is through oscillations in a range of 300-4000 Hz. An Independent claim is included for an apparatus comprising, a jet, and a pulsation chamber to hold the immobilizing mixture, overlaid by a permanent magnet opposite an electric coil.
