<p>The process comprises the steps of bonding a plurality of sheets from two laminar material coils (1a, 1b, 1c, 1d); die cutting said plurality of sheets; and drawing and joining said sheets between each other to form the container according to a design which is individually predetermined for each sheet, adding to a first drawn sheet all the other sheets successively and individually as they are drawn. The machine comprises gluing stations (2), die-cutting stations (3) which can die-cut a plurality of sheets; drawing stations (4) to join all the sheets between each other; and transfer means (6) for transferring the sheet or sheets already drawn from one drawing station (4) to the others. High resistance containers are obtained without any thickness restriction.</p> |
