An antireflection article, comprising an acrylic resin substrate and a fluoropolymer film provided on the surface of the substrate, wherein the film has a thickness of 0.03 to 0.5 mu m and the fluoropolymer has a refractive index of 1.30 to 1.40 and comprises a block compatible with an acrylic resin and a block of a fluoroelastomer. This article possesses scratch resistance and antireflection effect comparable with the conventional articles and, in addition, can be stably prepared at a low cost, or possesses an antireflection effect superior to that of the conventional antireflection film while maintaining the scratch resistance.
