PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-hardness conductive roll which is small in roll rotating torque, does not generate rubbing sounds by a stick-slip, improves the image quality of fine parts, is capable of suppressing the generation of flaws on a roll surface during long-term use and has an excellent toner filming resistance. SOLUTION: This low-hardness conductive roll is constituted by successively forming the innermost layer 2, an intermediate layer 3 and the outermost layer 4 on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 1. This outermost layer 4 is formed by a resin compsn. contg. the following components (A) and (B): (A) A silicone graft acryl polymer comprising the repeating unit expressed by formula -(Y)k -(Z)n - (where Y is a straight chain structural part derived from an acrylic monomer; Z is a structural part derived from an acrylic monomer and has a structural part derived from siloxane, k is a positive integer from l to 3000 and n is a positive integer from 1 to 2000).
