PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffusion plate for an illumination machinery cover hard to crack and having good light diffusibility as an illumination cover while having a glasslike quality feeling. SOLUTION: A light diffusible resin laminated sheet comprises a structure wherein a light diffusible resin layer formed from a compsn. prepared by uniformly dispersing 50-120 pts.wt. in total of light diffusing agents with a wt. average particle size of 0.5-20μm in 100 pts.wt. transparent resin with the total light permeability of 80% or more and a haze of 10 or less and a transparent resin layer with the total light permeability of 80% or more and a haze of 10 or less are laminated by coextrusion.
