PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of constituting members and to provide shape stability and beautiful appearance by providing a side wall in a recessed part to surround a bottom part and the periphery of a trimming frame and forming a groove for housing the side wall to be connected in shape around the outer projecting part of the trimming frame during the blow-forming of a sunvisor main body. SOLUTION: A sunvisor main body 1 includes a first wall part 6 for forming a flat wide surface and a second wall part 8 for forming a wide surface having a bathtub-shaped recessed part 7. The wall parts 6 and 8 are mutually moved via an annular round attaching wall part 9. The bathtub-shaped recessed part 7 has a bottom part 10 and a side wall 11, and the side wall 11 is formed integrally with an annular groove 12. The bathtub-shaped recessed part 7 is rectangular having a round chamfered corner, and a line groove 13 is extended from the bottom part 10 of the recessed part 7 for support on the inner surface of the wall part 6 of the sunvisor main body 1, and another line groove 14 having a less extension depth is extended from the bottom part 10. Thus, by simplifying manufacturing, the shape stability of the sunvisor main body is improved and more beautiful appearance is provided. |
