PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive liquid dripping from a drip pan in a liquid reservoir to prevent it from infiltrating into a container by connecting the liquid reservoir to an attaching member for attaching a pump device to a container mouth and by attaching the drip pan including a fitting cylinder and a pan body or the like extending outward to an ejection cylinder of the pump device. SOLUTION: In use, a cover lid E is first removed and a top wall of a drip pan D is pressed, thereby lowering a stem engaging cylinder 52 and a step 50 fitted thereto and also pushing to open a discharge valve 51 via a valve shaft for opening a liquid flow path. At this time, lowering of a piston applies pressure into a cylinder chamber to have content liquid in the cylinder chamber discharged into an ejection cylinder 76 through a flow path groove. The content liquid is made to overflow from the ejection cylinder 76 and held in the drip pan D by a predetermined quantity. An applicator such as cotton or puff is soaked in the liquid in the drip pan D for applying the liquid to required portions. At the time of application, liquid dripping from the drip pan D flows down through a draining member 86 into a liquid reserving member 11 and is reserved there. |
