PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a first terminal for the processing of an incoming call or a call at the time of down-loading software from a data supply device to a first terminal by establishing second connection between the first terminal and the data supply device in parallel to first connection through a subscriber line and transmitting data to the first terminal from the data supply device through second connection. SOLUTION: Connection VL connects the terminal TER to the data supply device CS through an exchange VST. The terminal TER can exchange data with the data supply device CS through connection VL. Connection VL can be established before and behind connection VC with a communication opposite party CP and during connection VC and it does not depend on connection VC with the communication opposite party CP. Thus, connection VL from the terminal TER to the data supply device CS can be made parallel to the connection VC of the communication opposite party CP. Thus, the terminal TER loads data on a function from the data supply device CS and it can execute communication with the communication opposite party CP.
