PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide range adjusting torque distribution ratio, simplify a structure, lighten weight in small size, decrease an energy loss, and enhance interchangeability of a member. SOLUTION: This device comprises a differential case 3 driven to rotate by an engine, a pair of output members 35, 37 connected to a wheel side, differential gear mechanism 53 arranged respectively between the differential case 3 and the output member 35, 37 to constitute a two-system first torque transmission system by a first gear train 5, second torque transmission system constituted by the first gear train 5 and a second gear train 7, 7 of different torque transmission ratio, and a switching means 9 individually interrupting the first/ second torque transmission system.
