摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump capable of reducing influence on charging and discharging charges by junction capacitance present at a PN junction part even in the case that the pulse width of driving signals is small, suppressing the dispersion of an average current at the time of charging and discharging the charge pump and reducing effective dependency to the pulse width of the average current. SOLUTION: This charge pump is provided with first and second sub charge pumps for sharing a terminal for charging and discharging and performing charging and discharging. At the time of operating the first sub charge pump, in the case that charges for an offset are charged or discharged by the junction capacitors C1 and C2 present between transistors for constituting the first sub charge pump, in order to offset the charging or discharging, discharging is performed by the second sub charge pump at the time of charging and charging is performed by the second sub charge pump at the time of discharging.
