<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a device and construction by the use of one carriage for protective pipe unit per device and repeatedly using it, in a piping device in which the protective pipe unit is mounted on the carriage, and this set is pushed forward in a tunnel and connected sequentially to an existing protective pipe unit in the tunnel for piping work. SOLUTION: A protective pipe unit 21 is assembled by an assembling frame 23, the assembling frame 23 is mounted on a unit carriage 1 together with the protective pipe unit 21, and after the connection work in a tunnel 5 has been completed, a lower frame 27 of the assembling frame 23 is grounded. The unit carriage 1 is retreated with an end plate 26 of the assembling frame 23 placed on the unit carriage 1, and the lower frame 27 is left in the tunnel 5 together with the protective pipe unit 21.</p> |
