<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost concerning a picture processing function, to relax power consideration and to make design compact by transferring obtained data, unit to a synthetic output when whole numerals agree with reference which is fixed by means of a threshold value. SOLUTION: Threshold value comparing mechanisms 50 and 51 compare the numerals 24 and 25 of a counter from a data input with the previously fixed threshold values 41 and 42 of a system. When a value exceeds the threshold value in the counter, it is judged that the proper threshold value exceeds a line 43 or 45 and change occurs in the state of control logic in accordance with it. This means that a device for storing data which exceeds the threshold value is provided with data to be used for a merging operation. Then, control logic 66 monitors the condition of threshold value excess signals 43 and 45 and an event state 52. When a correct condition is satisfied, control logic expresses a merging enable signal 47 so as to enable executing a data merging operation.</p> |
