<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed tower type biological deodorizing device for deodorizing malodorous gas which device is packed with a carrier enabling holding microorganisms with high concentration and has less pressure drop and has good deodorizing efficiency as the whole system. SOLUTION: This biological deodorizing device uses a carrier made of hollow cylindrical synthetic resin enabling holding microorganisms as packing material. The device is provided with packed beds 1 each packed with the packing material consisting of the carrier made of hollow cylindrical synthetic resin, washing water sprinklers 2 each for sprinkling the packing material with washing water installed above the packed beds 1, a malodorous gas introducing port 3 for introducing malodorous gas from the outside in the lower part thereof, and a purified gas discharge port 4 for discharging purified gas that malodorous components are deodorized and decomposed in the upper part thereof.</p> |
