<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance heat radiation effect, to miniaturize by making heat radiating fins as thin as possible, and to manufacture at low cost. SOLUTION: A heat radiator 1 consists of thin heat radiating fins 3 which stand erect at a surface of a metal plate 2 which is thinly shaved, and many fins 3 are formed in a unit with the metal plate 2. After the heat radiator 1 has formed the first radiating fins 3 to stand by the upper surface of the metal plate 2 shaved thinly and flatly by a cutter 4, forms the second radiating fins 3 to stand by a flatly shaved trace of the first heat radiating fins 3 which is shaved thinly and flatly by the cutter 4 from the first heat radiating fins 3 to the position of retreating and the reafter forms n pieces of the heat radiating fins 3 to stand by the flatly shaved trace of the heat radiating fins 3 shaved thinly and flatly by the cutter 4 orderly and repeatedly from the heat radiating fins which are formed beforehand to stand at the position for the retreatment.</p> |
