PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech recognition device which has been arranged easy to listen to a repeated speech while freely using both hands when working. SOLUTION: This speech recognition device is provided with a noise level detecting function part 10 for detecting a noise level from an input speech, a processor 9 for issuing an adjusting instruction by determining a repeated sound volume or a speech quality adjusting value based on the noise level information, and a repeated speech volume part or a sound quality part 17, 18 for adjusting the repeated speech based on the adjusting instruction. The processor 9 is the one for issuing an adjusting instruction 16 for a microphone level adjusting value, and is recommended to be provided with a level adjusting function 6 for adjusting a speech level inputted based on the adjusting instruction.
