PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the congestion of a line owing to access to a host device controlling a competition from respective computer devices and the processing delay of the host device by holding the competition executed through the use of the multiple computer devices advancing games while videos sent by digital broadcasting are composed by means of changing time bands by individual competition blocks. SOLUTION: The host device 41 controls/manages the advance of the whole competition. The host device 41 exchanges bi-directional information by a public communication network among respective computer devices which are widely scattered and are controlled by a central control unit 11 and broadcasts various pieces of information to the respective computer devices through digital broadcasting by a broadcasting station 43. The competition is held by dividing it into the plural blocks different in the competition time bands. Even if a large number of subscribers exist, the competition can smoothly be advanced without the congestion of the public communication network and the processing delay of the host device 41. |
