<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the system that predicts a reply time for each path and selects automonously an optimum path by obtaining a real reply time per a unit data length with respect to a request/reply processing between a sender node and a destination node. SOLUTION: The pass selection system 100 calculates and stores a real response time in the case of receiving a reply from a with respect to a service request from a sender node. The system 100 has plural prediction elements (prediction parameter group) used for predicting a response time for each client 130 and grows the prediction elements into the other prediction elements that can make more proper prediction by using a gene algorithm every time a real response time is stored. The system 100 uses the prediction elements to calculate a prediction response time as to all paths available of communication with a server 110 every time the client 130 requests a service to the server 110, selects a path with a shortest prediction response time and sends the request through the path.</p> |
