<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit even an unskilled operator to operate a plant by generating a trend curve in a normal operation and a control data curve similar to a trend from data on a present operation, comparing the control data curve with the trend curve and judging whether the present operation is normal or not. SOLUTION: A data collection device 2 records result data on a magnetic disk 4 and generates the trend curve by a trend data generation task 11 based on recorded data. The trend data generation task 11 is connected between the magnetic disk 4 and control LAN 5, takes out recorded data from the magnetic disk 4 through a line 12 and stores generated trend curve data on the magnetic disk 4. Since the trend curve is the aggregate of control data showing the trend of a stable operation at a normal time, it is compared with the state of the plant in the middle of operation. Thus, it becomes an evaluation standard for judging whether the trend of the plant in the middle of operation is in a stable state or an abnormal trend.</p> |
