PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a possessor of a telephone set to recognizes a speech recording denoting the use of its telephone set at any time. SOLUTION: A controller 6 that obtains time information from a timer 9 and charging information in a charging information storage device 7 and including a service class or various conditions in the telephone set and a controller 6 acquires a speech charge by using an arithmetic circuit 10. The controller 6 stores the speech information to a storage device 8 as a speech recording and displays a speech time and speech charge that are changed time by time after a speech is started onto a display device 11. A possessor of the telephone set depresses a specific button of dial buttons 5 as required, then the speech information by a specific period (every month or the like) and the integrated speech charge from the arithmetic circuit 10 are displayed on the display device 11. Thus, the possessor grasps the use state of the telephone set.
