PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a thermal transfer recording medium easily and quickly, and make a device smaller. SOLUTION: An ink coating agent 3 composed of a heat fusion substance, UV hardened resin and a coloring agent as main components is applied on a base film 2, and UV is emitted from the side of the ink coating agent 3 of the base film 2 to separate the heat fusion substance in the ink coating agent 3 and position the same on the side of the base film 2, and the ink coating agent 3 is cured in the state that a release layer section 4 on the side of the base film 2 and an ink layer section 5 are formed into the laminar shape.
