<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an envelope product to stand like a cylinder by using a laminate material comprising paper as a core and synthetic resin layers provided on both sides of the paper and by providing a coating layer for preventing heat-fusion on a part of a shoulder flap or a bottom flap when the envelope product is made by heat-sealing. SOLUTION: A blank sheet 1 comprising paper as a core is formed so that a rectangular body 15 having four upper, lower, left and right sides 11 to 14, a margin for pasting adjacent to the left side 13 of the body 15, an adhered part 17 adjacent to the right side 14, a plurality of shoulder flaps 18 adjacent to the upper side 11 and a plurality of bottom flaps 19 adjacent to the lower side 12 are provided. The blank sheet 1 is folded into an envelope, and the margin 16 for pasting and the adhered part 11 are overlaid to be heat-sealed. At this time, a coating layer (x) for preventing heat-fusion is provided at least one of shoulder flaps 18 and/or at least one of the bottom flaps 19 on an internal face of the doubly overlying shoulder flaps 18 to allow an envelope product to stand.</p> |
