PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform initialization even in the case that the rise of a power supply voltage VCC is steep in a logic circuit for performing initialization when power is supplied. SOLUTION: When the power supply voltage VCC is supplied to a first initialization circuit 10, for VX, a potential slowly rises through a high resistor R5. In the meantime, a voltage for which the power supply voltage VCC is divided is applied to the base of a transistor QP3, the transistor QP3 and the transistor QN3 are successively conducted and a charging current I1 is made to flow through a capacitor C to the transistor QP1 (flow to the state of VA=VX). Thus, the current I1 is made to flow to the transistor QP2, and as a result, the transistor QN4 is conducted, the transistor QN1 is interrupted, positive pulses are impressed to a reset terminal R and the logic circuit element 2 of this logic circuit is initialized.
|
