<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work load and eliminate mistake in setting up in a work site and periodic maintenance. SOLUTION: An automatic setting command is given to an electropneumatic positoner. Thereby, in the electropneumatic positoner, in the case of converting an input current I(4 to 20 mA) into a pneumatic pressure, a valve opening position of a regulating valve is obtained as XIMIN and XIMAX (step 104, 107) when a coil drive current IM is set to 0 mA and maximum value, a valve opening position X10 of the regulating valve in the case of the coil drive current IM in 0 mA is obtained from a relative position relation of this XIMIN, XIMAX and a valve cock form of the regulating valve, and from the obtained valve opening position X10, a maximum/minimum value 20 mA, 4 mA of the input current I is set to be a signal controlling a valve opening of the regulating valve in any direction of full opening/closing (step 109).</p> |
