PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cutting efficiency as a whole by tilting cutting teeth arranged radially to increase the cutting force of individual cutting teeth and to make the inclination direction of all the cutting teeth the same to equalize cutting performance of respective cutting teeth. SOLUTION: This cosmetic container is provided with a container main body 18, a lid body which opens and closes the container main body 18, and an intermediate frame 22 fitted in an inner side of the container main body 18. An intermediate plate 24 storing a cosmetic 12 is stored in this intermediate frame 22, and a cutting plate 14 is provided in an upper end part of the intermediate frame 22. The longitudinal directions of respective cutting teeth 16 are tilted in the same direction by a predetermined amountθ1 for radial direction Y centered on the center of rotation O of the cutting plate 14.
