PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image information processing method by which image information resulting from superimposing adaptable information on main image information is generated, without distinguishing an electronic medium from a non-electronic medium and the recorded adaptable information is reproduced. SOLUTION: After binary imbedded information is generated by applying binary-coding for imbeddeding information 101 consisting of character, image and audio data or the like, the resulting information is converted into monochromatic binary image information of a predetermined specific format to generate imbedded image information being visible information. Then the generated imbedded image information is imbedded to imbedded image information 102 consisting of multi-value color images in an invisible state to generate composited image information 107. The generated synthesis image information 107 is recorded on an electronic medium or a non-electronic medium, and the imbedded image information is extracted from the synthesis image information stored in the electronic medium or the non-electronic medium to reproduce the imbedded information. |
