PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold a pneumatic tire by suppressing an unevenness of a tread gauge generated from a difference of sizes of blocks. SOLUTION: A vent hole 30L is coupled to a large recess 24L provided on a tread forming surface 12 of the mold 10 for forming a pneumatic tire. A vent hole 30M is coupled to an intermediate recess 24M. And, a vent hole 30S is coupled to a small recess 24S. In this case, a formula of (a volume VL of the hole 30L coupled to the recess 24L) > (a volume VM of the hole 30M coupled to the recess 24M) > (a volume VS of the hole 30S coupled to the recess 24S) is satisfied. Thus, the larger the recess is, the greater a discharge amount of rubber increases. And, a belt is recessed at the time of introducing fluid, i.e., an increase in a tread gauge G in a large block of a large pitch to a tread gauge G in a small block of a short pitch of the tire is suppressed, and its uniformity is upgraded. |
