PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new T cell receptor antibody useful for examining a cancer, acquired immune deficiency syndrome, an autoimmune disease, etc., comprising an antibody having reactivity to at least oneγorδT cell receptor. SOLUTION: This antibody has reactivity to at least oneγorδT cell receptor polypeptide. TheγorδT cell receptor polypeptide has properties in which (a) when theγorδT cell receptor polypeptide exists on the surface of the T cell, theγorδT cell receptor polypeptide is bonded as a complex with T3 antigen, (b) theγorδT cell receptor polypeptide is not reacted with an antibody against the a orβT cell receptor polypeptide antibody, (c) theγorδT cell receptor polypeptide is not reacted with monoclonal antibodyβF1 and (d) theγT cell receptor polypeptide is reacted with an antibody against theγT cell receptor polypeptide but theγT cell receptor polypeptide is not reacted with an antibody against theγT cell receptor polypeptide. A peptide prepared by genetic manipulation is optionally bonded to a carrier, a mouse is immunized, a spleen cell is fused with a myeloma cell and the antibody is obtained from a positive hybridoma. |
